oblique navigation test, the fluid force acting on the specimen (model ship or underwater vehicle model) whose angle is set to the flow is measured. The oblique navigation test is useful for examining the basic maneuverability of a ship and the possibility of the occurrence of an abnormal flow field acting on the stern relatively easily.
